Hi, I’m Katie! I help all mamas rock their motherhood journey through supportive nutrition and fitness plans. We focus on simple and effective nutrition and movement principles that empower, not shame. We go beyond diet culture “body back” messaging and dive into approachable nutrition principles that leave you feeling your best and bad ass self.

I currently offer one-on-one coaching with custom plans, as well as group coaching for moms looking for community and accountability.

I also offer corporate seminars on a variety of nutrition topics, including real food for kids, postpartum nutrition, and fueling the athletic mama.
